本課程在研討組織領導之主要課題及實務應用,透過理論架構及領導案例的導入,探討領導之模式與實務的應用及成效,以提供管理者提昇領導能力之有效學習。同時,本課程之設計是以創業為出發點,從創業最初所需之組織模式與領導能耐以至規模漸大應如何隨之調整,期能帶入基礎理論於創業領域之中,培育學生彈性思維與應用之能力。This course explores the main topics and practical applications of the organizational leadership in the research and organizational leadership, and through the theoretical structure and the introduction of leading cases, the application and effectiveness of leading leadership models and practical applications and effectiveness are provided to provide managers with effective learning to improve leadership abilities. At the same time, this course is designed to take the development point of creation, and to adjust the organizational model and leadership ability initially required by the entrepreneurial industry, and to achieve the goal of bringing them into the basic theoretical theory field to cultivate students' ability to think and apply them in a flexible way.
