企業型態不斷的轉變及創新,永續發展將成為經營之重要議題,而服務創新是驅動事業成長的原動力,因此,企業需要更有效的運用資源以創造最大的價值,除了原有的製造思維之外,亦能透過創新服務提興自身附加價值,建構企業永續之競爭力。如何提升企業的創新競爭力更是目前管理領域的關鍵議題。有鑑於此,本課程作為企管系永續與服務創新組的第一門課,我們希望能夠透過課程講授、小組討論、個案教學、分組報告、演講與參訪等多元的課程設計,幫助同學了解永續發展與服務創新的核心概念,並能夠就綠色/環境概念、服務創新管理、顧客關係管理、企業社會責任等主題,分別加以探討。透過本課程,我們希望能夠培養同學跨領域與團隊合作的能力,並有能力自主學習,更加強對於,藉以培養永續經營人才,創造服務創新的新價值,並落實在產品/服務的設計與公司營運中。The continuous transformation and innovation of the enterprise type will become an important issue in operation, and service innovation is the driving force for driving business growth. Therefore, enterprises need to use resources more effectively to create the greatest value. In addition to the original manufacturing thinking, they can also enhance their own additional value through innovative services and build a sustainable competitiveness for enterprises. How to improve the innovation competitiveness of enterprises is a key issue in the current management field. In this regard, this course is the first course of the Department of Management for the Continuous and Service Innovation. We hope to help students understand the core concepts of continuous development and service innovation through course teaching, group discussion, plan teaching, sub-group reporting, lectures and visits, and explore topics such as green/environmental concepts, service innovation management, customer relationship management, and corporate social responsibility. Through this course, we hope to cultivate the ability of students to cooperate with teams across the field, and have the ability to learn independently, which will strengthen the use of continuous management talents, create new value for service innovation, and implement it in product/service design and company operations.
