課程內涵:
所謂環境污染物之鑑識技術,係應用眾多精密分析儀器,配合嫻熟之環保專業知識,鑑定一家以上事業單位相似產物與環境中所發現之棄置污染物間之因果關係,建造了污染路徑之事實証據,作為責任歸屬之判決依據。
由於所需之鑑識技術範圍太廣,本課程僅限制在環境化學次領域學門-鑑識環境化學(Forensic Chemistry)(或稱環境化學指紋分析(Chemical Fingerprinting)(2012年)之應用介紹。
課程目標:
1.熟悉採樣設備與採樣技術
2.熟悉貴重分析儀器操作原理與應用範圍
3.熟悉化學指紋分析方法與分析策略
4.熟悉如何應用統計學於鑑識結論上
5.應用鑑識技巧找到污染環境之禍首
Course content:
The so-called environmental pollutants identification technology applies a variety of precision analytical instruments, combined with professional environmental protection knowledge, to determine the causal relationship between similar products of more than one business unit and the abandoned pollutants found in the environment, and build a pollution path as a basis for the judgment of the responsibility.
Because the scope of required cognitive techniques is too broad, this course is limited to the application introduction of Forensic Chemistry (or Chemical Fingerprinting) (2012) in the field of environmental chemistry.
Course Target:
1. Familiar with the use of the equipment and the use of the technology
2. Familiar with the operating principles and application scope of the expensive reanalyzer
3. Familiar with chemical fingerprint analysis methods and analysis strategies
4. Familiar with how to apply statistics in the cognitive discussion
5. Application calculating skills to find the head of polluting environments
