電路板(PCB)為電子產業之重要基礎產業，目前由於個人電腦產業發達，加上通訊產品、消費數位產品、光電產品研發製造進步，PCB產業各項產品例如主機板、通訊板、IC基板載板、軟板等均蓬勃發展，供不應求，榮景可期，產業中急需大量人才。本課程目的在準備學員的相關專業知識，使學員能夠銜接產業現況，增進就業能力。本課程介紹電路板產業，瞭解電路板之種類、設計、材料、製造程序、設備、技術、工程、應用、管理等以及未來發展方向。由產業界具有豐富實務經驗之PCB廠工程專家及管理階層親自授課，課程中除安排課堂上課外，並將安排修課同學至電路板廠內實際參觀電路板流程，期使理論與實務並重。

Circuit boards (PCB) are an important basic industry in the electronics industry. Currently, due to the development of the personal computer industry, coupled with the progress in the research and development and manufacturing of communication products, consumer digital products, and optoelectronic products, various products in the PCB industry, such as motherboards, communication boards, IC substrate carrier boards, flexible boards, etc., are booming. Demand exceeds supply and prosperity is expected. The industry is in urgent need of a large number of talents. The purpose of this course is to prepare students with relevant professional knowledge so that they can connect with the current industry situation and enhance their employability. This course introduces the circuit board industry and understands the types, design, materials, manufacturing procedures, equipment, technology, engineering, application, management, etc. of circuit boards as well as future development directions. The courses are taught in person by PCB factory engineering experts and management with rich practical experience in the industry. In addition to arranging classroom lessons, students will also be arranged to go to the circuit board factory to actually visit the circuit board process, with the aim of giving equal emphasis to theory and practice.
