本課程由學生自行尋找系內外恰當之指導老師做針對一個研究題目作與化工與材料之相關研究，以培養學生進行研究之初步能力。
This course is conducted by students who find appropriate guidance teachers from both inside and outside the department to conduct research on a research topic, and to cultivate students' preliminary ability to conduct research.
