目標乃建立學生在化工熱力學之核心理論基礎,及增進學生在化工程序分析應用及計算之能力。

Course Contents: Introduction & the Scope of Thermodynamics Fundamental Concepts of Classical Thermodynamics First Law of Thermodynamics, Energy Balance for Closed Systems State Functions, Equilibrium, Phase Rule, Reversible Process, Constant-V & Constant-P Processes Mass and Energy Balances for Open Systems PVT Behavior of Pure Substances Application of the Virial Equations, Cubic Equations of State, Theorem of Corresponding States Acentric Factor, Generalized Correlations for Gases & Liquids Heat Effect Basics, Standard Heat of Reaction, Heat of Formation Heat of Combustion, Temperature Dependence, Heat Effects of Industrial Reactions, Statements of the Second Law, Entropy Entropy Changes of an Ideal Gas, Mathematical Statement of the Second Law, Entropy Balance for Open Systems, Third Law of Thermodynamics Thermodynamic Properties of Fluids, Residual functions and properties Two-phase systems, Fundamental Property Relations for Homogeneous Phases Vapor Liquid Equilibria- Introduction, Phase Rule Vapor Liquid Equilibria- Qualitative Behavior and Models, Activity Coefficient Solution Thermodynamics- Fundamental Property Relations.

The goal is to establish the core theoretical foundation of students' thermal energy in chemical engineering, and to improve students' ability to analyze and calculate chemical procedures.

課程概述 Course Description

從古典熱力學之第一、第二定律出發,探討化工程序中熱與功的轉換與限制條件,封閉與開放系統之能量平衡,以及化工程序相關之熱效應,並討論純物質與真實流體混合物之各種熱力性質與關聯方法,建立學生在化工熱力計算及應用之基礎。再介紹流動程序熱力分析及應用,流體混合物熱力性質估算及關聯預測方法,殘餘性質觀念,溶液熱力學理論基礎,氣液相平衡,逸壓及活性係數觀念,狀態方程式應用等,強調熱力學理論在化工程序上之應用。

Developed from the first and second laws of classical heat learning, we explore the conversion and limitations of heat and work in chemical procedures, the energy balance of the sealing and opening systems, and the heat effects related to chemical procedures, and discuss various heat properties and related methods of pure matter and real fluid mixtures, and establish the basis for students' calculation and application of chemical heat. Then we introduce the heat analysis and application of flow procedures, estimation and related prediction methods of heat properties of fluid mixtures, surplus properties concepts, solution heat theory basis, gas-liquid phase balance, pressure and activity data concepts, status equation application, etc., and strengthen the application of heat theory in chemical procedures.
