介紹分析化學儀器的構造、原理及應用,使學生能夠熟悉及運用分析化學領域中各種主要的操作儀器包括:原子吸收光譜儀、分子吸收光譜儀、放射光譜儀、紫外線可見光譜儀、紅外線光譜儀、X射線光譜儀、拉曼光譜儀、核磁共振儀、質譜儀、表面分析儀、電化學儀器、分離化學儀器以及熱分析器儀等。儀器分析課程的內涵著重在運用科學與數學知識,傳授光譜學、分離化學、電化學的基本知識與相關儀器的發展演進。本學期的課程內容包括原子質譜儀、分子質譜儀、光譜表面分析儀、掃描式電子顯微鏡、掃描探針顯微鏡、氣相層析儀、液相層析儀、超流體層析儀、毛細管電泳分析儀。Introducing the structure, principles and applications of analytical chemistry instruments, students can familiarize themselves with and use various major operators in the analytical chemistry field, including: atomic absorption spectrometer, molecular absorption spectrometer, radiation spectrometer, ultraviolet visible spectrometer, red external optical spectrometer, X-ray spectrometer, Raman spectrometer, nuclear magnetic resonance spectrometer, quality spectrometer, surface analyzer, electrochemical spectrometer, detached chemist and heat analyzer instrument. The connotation of the instrument analysis course focuses on using scientific and mathematical knowledge to teach basic knowledge of optical, separate chemistry, and electrochemical and the development and evolution of related instruments. The course contents of this period include atomic quality spectrometers, molecular quality spectrometers, optical spectrum surface analyses, scan-type electron microscopes, scan-probe-detection microscopes, gas-phase-level spectrometers, liquid phase-level spectrometers, superfluidic layer spectrometers, and chromium tube electrophoresis analysis.
