目標：
一般而言，國際政治學者從國家、區域間的外在脈絡去理解研究對象；區域研究學家則從國家或區域的？在脈絡去理解研究對象。對於國際或外國事務的理解，上述二者猶如車之兩輪，缺一不可。
所以，本課程將透過「？」、「外」脈絡的理解,構築學生觀察、認識台日關係的基礎框架。

Target:
Generally speaking, international political scientists understand research objects from the external connection between countries and regions; are regional researchers from countries or regions? 東南亞對中國及對美國國際關係等的世界情勢再再影響著台灣。在認知此種世界情勢的同時，將區域性的個人交流納入視野，對「台日關係」進行考察。
