課程目標：
本課程將透過杜甫詩的講授，使學生在充分理解作者生命經歷的基礎上，認識杜詩各類詩作內容及詩家之心。經由課程討論的參與、報告，引導學生認識杜詩所面臨的時代、人生問題，並思考杜甫如何以詩歌反映上述內容，進而體認詩人的主體情志、自我價值的追尋以及終極關懷。在作品的實際分析中，也將講解杜甫在詩律、詩法上的傑出貢獻與突破。以此加深對杜甫詩作不同面向的理解，並藉此培養對古典詩批評、鑑賞以及寫作的能力。
課程內涵：
1.認識杜甫的詩人特質與創作歷程
2.認識並理解杜甫詩的各類主題、體製特徵、格律表現、藝術特色、思想內涵。
3.掌握杜甫詩在唐詩發展中的關鍵意義。
4.思考杜甫詩在文學史、文化史中的位置。

Course objectives:
This course will teach students Du Fu's poems, so that students can understand the content of Du Fu's various poems and the poet's heart on the basis of fully understanding the author's life experience. Through participation in course discussions and reports, students are guided to understand the era and life issues faced by Du Fu's poetry, and to think about how Du Fu reflected the above content in poetry, and then to understand the poet's subjective emotions, pursuit of self-worth and ultimate care. In the actual analysis of the work, Du Fu's outstanding contributions and breakthroughs in poetic rhythm and poetic technique will also be explained. In this way, we can deepen our understanding of different aspects of Du Fu's poems and cultivate the ability to criticize, appreciate and write classical poetry.
Course content:
1. Understand Du Fu’s characteristics as a poet and his creative process
2. Recognize and understand the various themes, institutional characteristics, metrical expressions, artistic characteristics, and ideological connotations of Du Fu's poems.
3. Grasp the key significance of Du Fu's poems in the development of Tang poetry.
4. Think about the position of Du Fu’s poems in the history of literature and culture.

本課程研讀唐詩中最具典範性的杜甫詩，課程中將特別著重杜詩歷時性的作品細讀，藉此探究杜甫生命經歷與詩歌發展歷程的雙向互動。在作品閱讀與文本分析中，認識杜甫詩各個面向：是工整均衡律詩的一流高手，同時又是青春漫遊的追尋者；是嚴肅的社會批評詩人，也是人道主義的溫情者以及日常生活的詩人。這些不同的精神型態與藝術表現，都將透過杜甫詩加以印證、說明。

This course studies Du Fu's poems, the most exemplary of Tang poetry. The course will pay special attention to the diachronic works of Du Fu's poems to explore the two-way interaction between Du Fu's life experience and the development of his poetry. During the reading and text analysis of the works, we will understand the various aspects of Du Fu's poetry: he is a first-rate master of neat and balanced rhythmic poetry, and at the same time he is a pursuer of youth wandering; he is a serious poet of social criticism, a humanitarian warmth and a poet of daily life. These different spiritual forms and artistic expressions will be confirmed and explained through Du Fu's poems.
