教育目標 Course Target

本課程為中文系語言學類課程。主要教學目的在使同學具備聲韻學基本知識,了解現代國語、方言與中古音系及語音演變的現象與規則。課程的設計強調漢語歷史研究的「方法」、「觀念」與「材料」。由現代國語與漢語方言音系向上推展,銜接中古音系,研讀中古韻書、韻圖等文獻材料的同時,輔以歷史語言學中的比較方法理論,使同學了解如何構擬中古音系,並能進而研究上古音系。音系演變問題上則著重講授中古到現代及中古上推上古成系統的音變。
本課程旨在瞭解古漢語「聲母」、「韻母」、「聲調」系統的歷史發展與演變情況,並探討造成各時期漢語音韻變化的原因。課程的焦點放在中古音與現代音的聯繫之上,藉由中古到現代的相關知識,說明漢語語音的重建過程、方法與語言發展的模型。漢語的發展並非簡單的直線連貫式,處處可見同源語言與不同源語言間的接觸,本課程將突顯語言接觸在漢語音韻史中的重要性。本課程預期目標為:
1.掌握漢語音韻研究的文獻材料。
2.瞭解漢語方言在漢語音韻研究史中的地位,理解現代方言文獻的關係。
3.瞭解漢語史的發展過程,並掌握重建古音的方法。
4.瞭解漢語史中的語言分化模式。

This course is a linguistics course in the Chinese Department. The main teaching purpose is to equip students with basic knowledge of phonology and understand the phenomena and rules of modern Mandarin, dialects, medieval phonology and phonetic evolution. The design of the course emphasizes the "methods", "concepts" and "materials" of Chinese historical research. From the phonology of modern Mandarin and Chinese dialects to the connection with the medieval phonology, while studying medieval rhyme books, rhyme pictures and other literary materials, supplemented by the theory of comparative methods in historical linguistics, students will understand how to construct the medieval phonology and then study the ancient phonology. On the issue of phonological evolution, the emphasis is on the phonetic changes from the Middle Ages to the modern period and from the Middle Ages to the ancient system.
This course aims to understand the historical development and evolution of the "initial consonants", "finals" and "tones" systems of ancient Chinese, and explore the reasons for the changes in Chinese phonology in various periods. The focus of the course is on the connection between medieval pronunciation and modern pronunciation. Through relevant knowledge from the Middle Ages to modern times, the reconstruction process, methods and language development model of Chinese pronunciation are explained. The development of the Chinese language is not a simple straight line. Contact between languages ​​of the same origin and languages ​​of different origins can be seen everywhere. This course will highlight the importance of language contact in the history of Chinese phonology. The expected goals of this course are:
1. Master the literature materials on Chinese phonology research.
2. Understand the status of Chinese dialects in the history of Chinese phonology research, and understand the relationship between modern dialect literature.
3. Understand the development process of Chinese language history and master the methods of reconstructing ancient pronunciation.
4. Understand the language differentiation model in the history of Chinese language.

課程概述 Course Description

A班:聲韻學是我國傳統的字音之學,教學目的在讓學習者充分掌握、了解我國各個不同時期的字音結構特色、及其發展演變的情形。授課的主要內容包括:聲韻學的效用、語音學常識、國語音系、現代方音、早期官話、中古音系,上古音系、上古字音至現代的演變、文學與音律等等。本課程目前在中文系屬必修科目,學生若通過此訓練,由於對漢字、各地方音的特色、發展演變均能較充分的掌握,藉此知識,當可增進其欣賞文學作品、研讀古代典藉的能力。
B班:本課程為中文系語言學類課程。主要教學目的在使同學具備聲韻學基本知識,了解現代國語、方言與中古音系及語音演變的現象與規則。教學由現代國語與方言音系入門,而後以中古音系為主幹,在研讀中古韻書與韻圖的基礎上,使同學了解如何構擬中古音系,並能進而研究上古音系。至於音系演變上則著重講授中古到現代及中古上推上古成系統的音變。且將藉由課堂與課後練習與其他相關領域結合,使學生了解如何運用所學之聲韻學知識。

Class A: Phonology is my country’s traditional study of word pronunciation. The purpose of teaching is to allow learners to fully grasp and understand the characteristics of Chinese word pronunciation structure and its development and evolution in different periods. The main contents taught include: the effectiveness of phonology, common knowledge of phonetics, Chinese phonology, modern dialect, early Mandarin, medieval phonology, ancient phonology, the evolution of ancient phonetic sounds to modern times, literature and rhythm, etc. This course is currently a compulsory subject in the Chinese Department. If students pass this training, they will be able to fully grasp the characteristics, development and evolution of Chinese characters and local pronunciations. This knowledge will enhance their ability to appreciate literary works and study ancient classics.
Class B: This course is a linguistics course in the Chinese Department. The main teaching purpose is to equip students with basic knowledge of phonology and understand the phenomena and rules of modern Mandarin, dialects, medieval phonology and phonetic evolution. The teaching starts from the introduction of modern Mandarin and dialect phonology, and then focuses on the medieval phonology. Based on the study of medieval rhyme books and rhyme pictures, students will understand how to construct the medieval phonology, and can then study the ancient phonology. As for the evolution of the phonetic system, the emphasis is on the phonetic changes from the Middle Ages to the modern era and from the Middle Ages to the ancient system. It will be combined with other related fields through classroom and after-class exercises to enable students to understand how to apply the phonological knowledge they have learned.
