鑑於國內學生長期欠缺國際公法之背景訓練，課程目標以達到對國際公法之架構、概念及原則、若干案例基本認知，並對於初步接觸國際法者賦予基礎教學，藉由課堂之介紹，由淺入深，以培養學生對國際公法研究之興趣。
In view of the long-term lack of training in international public law for domestic students, the course objectives are to achieve basic understanding of the structure, concepts, principles and several cases of international public law, and to provide basic teaching for those who have initially come into contact with international law. Through the introduction of the class, we will go from pure to deep. , to cultivate students' interest in international public law research.
