鑑於國內學生長期欠缺國際公法之背景訓練，課程目標以達到對國際公法之架構、概念及原則、若干案例基本認知，並對於初步接觸國際法者賦予基礎教學，藉由課堂之介紹，由淺入深，以培養學生對國際公法研究之興趣。
In view of the long-term lack of background training in public international law among domestic students, the goal of the course is to achieve a basic understanding of the structure, concepts and principles of public international law, and some cases, and to provide basic teaching to those who are initially exposed to international law. , to cultivate students’ interest in the study of international public law.
