教育目標 Course Target

本科為核心課程之一,目標在使學生瞭解人體在運動時的基本生理變化,包括巨觀及微觀的原理及應用,有助於解釋人體適應運動訓練的機制。The undergraduate course is one of the core courses, and its goal is to enable students to understand the basic physiological changes of the human body during exercise, including macroscopic and microscopic principles and applications, which will help explain the mechanism of the human body adapting to sports training.
