通过学习本课程，帮助学生了解、熟悉大陆地区关于涉外民事关系法律适用、涉外民事商事争议解决（主要为国际民事诉讼与国际商事仲裁）的相关法律制度与实务，以及大陆地区学者相关国际私法理论主张，研讨两岸国际私法交流与实践中的新问题。By studying this course, students can help students understand and become familiar with the relevant legal systems and practices in mainland China regarding the application of laws in foreign-related civil relations, the resolution of foreign-related civil and commercial disputes (mainly international civil litigation and international commercial arbitration), as well as the relevant private international law theories of mainland scholars. It is advocated to study new issues in the exchange and practice of cross-Strait international private law.
