教育目標 Course Target
本課程希望透過最高法院判決之研討，以瞭解公司法於司法實務之詮釋運作且整理出主要爭議，進而討論爭議產生原因，並提出現行法應有的解釋方向及修法建議。
This course hopes to understand the discussion of the Supreme Court's judgment to understand the opinions of the Company Law in judicial practice and sort out the main disputes, and then discuss the reasons for the dispute, and put forward the explanation directions and suggestions for the amendment of the current law.
參考書目 Reference Books
1.各級法院近五年關於公司法之判決(由授課老師指定)。
2.授課老師指定閱讀之期刊論文。
1. The judgments of various courts on the Company Law in the past five years (designated by the teaching teacher).
2. Teach the journal articles designated by the teacher to read.
