近年來，經濟犯罪日益嚴重，有別於一般犯罪，經濟犯罪之行為人多為白領階級，不法
獲利卻數倍乃至數百倍於一般犯罪。本課程將從犯罪學、刑事法學、刑事政策以及國際法的
角度探討經濟犯罪，希望在課堂上的討論，能對於經濟刑法有進一步的瞭解。本課程上課方
式為，由授課教師先針對特定主題授課，之後須由修課同學選擇報告主題，作三十分鐘的報
告。
