教育目標 Course Target
近年來，經濟犯罪日益嚴重，有別於一般犯罪，經濟犯罪之行為人多為白領階級，不法
獲利卻數倍乃至數百倍於一般犯罪。本課程將從犯罪學、刑事法學、刑事政策以及國際法的
角度探討經濟犯罪，希望在課堂上的討論，能對於經濟刑法有進一步的瞭解。本課程上課方
式為，由授課教師先針對特定主題授課，之後須由修課同學選擇報告主題，作三十分鐘的報
告。
In recent years, economic crimes have become increasingly serious. They are different from general crimes. Most of the perpetrators of economic crimes are white-collar workers.
