隨著國際化的趨勢，台灣的美食遠近馳名，吸引許多外國人前來品嘗美食，但是食品安全一再出現問題，造成社會恐安並影響國人身體健康，又高科技發展環境災害導致人體健康受到影響時所衍生的糾紛，為了釐清一些科技發展產業所製造的有害污染物對人體健康的影響，針對健康影響相關法律與政策與食品安全和醫療問題層出不窮，本課程目標係，將食品衛生安全及醫療與伴隨科技發展環境災害導致人體健康受到影響時所衍生的糾紛處理方式，及進入程序後的舉證責任，分別由法律及醫學.食安.環境問題之觀點，闡釋法學與醫學跨領域整合之重要性，建立環境法學與醫學間之跨領域的對話機制。且透過法律與醫學的科際整合，促成跨專業間相互理解的可能性，培養學生面對複雜的多面向議題時，能夠從多元的角度了解醫事法律，培養具備跨領域專業素養能解決問題的人才。With the trend of internationalization, Taiwan's food is famous far and wide, attracting many foreigners to come to taste the food. However, food safety problems have repeatedly arisen, causing social fear and affecting people's health. In addition, high-tech development and environmental disasters have affected human health. In order to clarify the impact of harmful pollutants produced by some technological development industries on human health, laws and policies related to health impacts and food safety and medical issues have emerged one after another. The goal of this course is to integrate food hygiene, safety and medical issues. With the development of science and technology, the way to deal with disputes arising from environmental disasters that affect human health, and the burden of proof after entering the process, respectively explain the importance of cross-field integration of law and medicine from the perspectives of law and medicine, food safety, and environmental issues. gender, and establish a cross-field dialogue mechanism between environmental law and medicine.
