教育目標 Course Target
教導學生理解政府資訊公開在現在民主政治運作上之重要性及，行政過程透明化之運作方法。教導學生對實際案例之研討解析能力、外國文獻及案例之蒐集方法。
Teach students to understand the importance of government information disclosure in current democratic political operations and the operational methods of transparent administrative processes. Teach students' research and analysis skills in international cases, foreign literature and case collection methods.
