近年來文化及創意產業(簡稱文創產業)，由於各國文創產業政策相繼投入與推動，帶領了國家經濟另一波成長。文化創意產業，指源自創意或文化積累，透過智慧財產之形成及運用，具有創造財富與就業機會之潛力，並促進全民美學素養，使國民生活環境提升之下列產業。個案研究法是以經驗為主的調查法，這種調查法以深入研究當前社會現象與真實生活。進而處理獨特的事件，在事件中有非常多的「變數」是研究者的興趣，所以需要依賴不同來源的證據。如果資料結果呈現一致性，就可以發展理論雛型，並引導將來資料搜集與分析。課程中研討文化與創意產業個案與趨勢，了解質性個案研究法理論與應用，作業採個案研究進行調查與分析。
In recent years, cultural and creative industries (simplified as literary creation) have led to another wave of national economic growth due to the continuous investment and promotion of cultural and creative policies in various countries. Cultural creative industry refers to the following industries that originate from creativity or cultural accumulation, through the formation and use of intelligent property, have the potential to create wealth and employment opportunities, and promote the cultivation of aesthetics for the whole nation and improve the living environment of the people. The case study method is an investigation method that focuses on experience. This investigation method uses in-depth research on current social phenomena and real life. To handle unique events, there are many "variables" in the events that are interesting to the researchers, so they need to verify based on different sources. If the data results are consistent, theories can be developed and guided to collect and analyze data. During the course, we discuss cultural and creative industry cases and trends, understand the legal theory and application of quality case research, and conduct case research for investigation and analysis.
