本課以認知數位、科技的「新媒體藝術」之創作型態與美學為主要內容，廣泛介紹台灣新媒體藝術的現狀和發展。本課除作為美術系知識學習的藝術視野與理論基礎外，亦在使學生能理解廣義視覺藝術領域所應有之內涵，並深化其文化涵養。
This course focuses on the creative style and aesthetics of "new media art" that recognizes digital and technology, and introduces the present and development of new media art in Taiwan. In addition to being an artistic vision and theoretical basis for knowledge learning in the Department of Art, this course also enables students to understand the connotation that is required in the field of broad visual art and deepens their cultural connotation.
