府際關係日國內行政學術界與實務界近年來新興的研究課題。就國內情勢而言，精省工程、「921」震災與重建、行政改革會議，以及近日通過的「四都」等議題，均對於台灣府際關係的發展產生深遠的影響。本課程首先深入地探討府際關係的核心與相關議題，然後企圖以國家機關與社會互動的觀點，來檢驗台灣府際關係的發展與趨勢。Intergovernmental relations have been an emerging research topic in Japan's domestic administrative academic circles and practitioners in recent years. As far as the domestic situation is concerned, issues such as the Jingcheng Project, the "921" earthquake disaster and reconstruction, the Administrative Reform Conference, and the recently passed "Four Cities" have all had a profound impact on the development of Taiwan's intergovernmental relations. This course first deeply explores the core and related issues of intergovernmental relations, and then attempts to examine the development and trends of intergovernmental relations in Taiwan from the perspective of the interaction between state agencies and society.
