本課程希望研究生學員能夠對於當代公共行政的民主屬性,從理論與實務兩方面進行理解。畢竟當前公共行政的潮流、趨勢已非傳統公共行政所能範圍,所以對於公共行政的民主運作的理解,自當是現代化行政的基礎。特別是針對1980年所謂新公共管理(New Public Management)的行政改革以來對民主政治的挑戰,將有深入的探討。This course hopes that graduate students can understand the democratic attributes of contemporary public administration from both theoretical and practical aspects. After all, the current trends and trends in public administration are beyond the scope of traditional public administration, so understanding the democratic operation of public administration should be the foundation of modern administration. In particular, there will be an in-depth discussion of the challenges to democratic politics since the administrative reform of the so-called New Public Management in 1980.
