本課程旨在探討多元文化教育的意義,對於日趨多元的社會及學生學校現象加以瞭解,並針對各種教育策略方法課程批判思考。這門課將分為三個學習模組研究多元文化教育,首先我們將從檢視自我的文化經驗開始,並閱讀文獻,對多元文化的意涵進行探索;接著從不同文化的理論與實務議題, 檢視當前社會及學校多元的現象,學習有關歧視不平等特權偏見和權力的關係;最後聚焦教育層面,連結教學,提出對教育上平等與多元的改革方向及行動計畫,培養研究生在教育上的改革行動力行動。This course aims to explore the significance of multicultural education, understand the increasingly diverse society and student school phenomena, and critically think about various educational strategies and methods. This course will be divided into three learning modules to study multicultural education. First, we will start by examining our own cultural experiences and reading literature to explore the meaning of multiculturalism; then we will start from the theoretical and practical issues of different cultures, Examine the current phenomenon of diversity in society and schools, learn about the relationship between discrimination, inequality, privilege, prejudice and power; finally focus on the educational level, connect teaching, propose reform directions and action plans for equality and diversity in education, and cultivate graduate students' ability in education Reform action.
