教育目標 Course Target
1.說明職業生涯及專業生涯的基本概念
2.介紹社工可以扮演的各種主要角色：督導、管理、教育、研究、倡導、公共參與、諮詢等。
3.探討非營利組織、學校、政府等的組織因素及對社工生涯的幫助或限制。
1. Explain the basic concepts of professional career and professional career
2. Introduce the various main roles that social workers can play: supervision, management, education, research, advocacy, public participation, consultation, etc.
3. Explore organizational factors of non-profit organizations, schools, governments, etc. and their assistance or restrictions on social work careers.
