本課程主題聚焦在地方政治生態,主要面向包含地方派系、地方選舉、農會、地方政府等,從地方派系的定義開始,循序漸進依次討論,地方派系相關理論與研究途徑、地方派系的形成與發展歷史、地方派系的組織、結構及其運作 、派系與黑金、農會、都市化等關係,最後綜論其在台灣民主政治發展過程中的影響。課程目標在使修課學生能對於影響台灣民主政治發展的地方派系有所瞭解與認識,並對於其歷史與造成影響能夠有所瞭解,從而誘發對於地方政治生態相關的研究興趣與主題發掘。The theme of this course focuses on local political ecologies, mainly aimed at local factions, local selection, agriculture, local governments, etc. Starting from the definition of local factions, we discuss step by step, the theory and research paths of local factions, and the formation and development of local factions.
