服務科學是一門跨領域的新興學門,其主要精神在運用科學方法分析,並以系統化的方式發展創新架構,以改善服務相關流程。在服務科學領域中,「服務設計」是一個非常重要的議題。本課程期望傳授「設計思考」的概念,讓修課學生能夠瞭解如何以一個系統化的方式,來進行服務設計。本課程將利用課堂講授、個案討論、及課堂演講等方式,傳達服務設計的基本概念,並透過專案實作的方式,深化修課同學在服務設計相關工具及方法之基礎。Service science is an emerging cross-field discipline. Its main spirit is to use scientific methods to analyze and develop innovative structures in a systematic manner to improve service-related processes. In the field of service science, "service design" is a very important topic. This course hopes to teach the concept of "design thinking" so that students can understand how to conduct service design in a systematic way. This course will use classroom lectures, case discussions, and classroom lectures to convey the basic concepts of service design. It will also deepen students' foundation in service design-related tools and methods through project implementation.
