教育目標 Course Target
本課程主要針對創投與股權私募之相關文章進行學術探討，以期能了解該領域的相關知識及學術研究成果，並進而增加學生學術研究的新方向。
This course mainly conducts academic discussions on articles related to venture capital and equity private equity, with a view to understanding the relevant knowledge and academic research results in this field, and thereby adding new directions for students' academic research.
