財務報表分析與企業評價為一門三學分，碩一必修之基礎課程，旨在幫助同學對以財務報表進行企業分析與評價架構有進一步的瞭解；協助學生學習如何透過企業成長、獲利等因子評估企業價值。學生藉由分析架構與個案研討可一窺財務報表資訊之用途與資本市場之關聯。本課程將以企業評價理論架構的順序為基礎，依序介紹：產業分析、會計分析、財務分析以及預測及評價，最後，將企業評價應用於資本市價、購併等活動。
