為了在資本市場中避免犯錯，必須建立正確的投資觀念，對市場有足夠的了解，並培養搜集、解讀市場資訊與財務資訊的習慣與能力。若想更精細地管控投資損益，還必須進一步了解投資組合的概念，並學會善用衍生性金融工具。本課程之主要目標即在介紹主要衍生性金融商品之契約內容、交易策略、及評價方法，尤其著重於衍生性金融商品作為投資工具之雙面刃特性。In order to avoid making mistakes in the capital market, it is necessary to establish correct investment concepts, have a sufficient understanding of the market, and cultivate the habits and ability to collect and interpret market information and financial information. If you want to manage investment benefits more carefully, you must further understand the concept of investment combination and learn to make good use of derivative financial instruments. The main purpose of this course is to introduce the contract content, trading strategies, and evaluation methods of major derivative financial commodities, especially the dual-faced characteristics of derivative financial commodities as investment tools.
諾貝爾經濟學獎得主米勒（Merton M. Miller）曾盛讚「期貨選擇權是二十世紀最偉大的金融創舉！」。相關衍生性金融商品研究蔚為風潮，金融創新與運用亦蓬勃發展，不僅是財金學子之必修，亦倍受企業人士爭相研習。希望透過本門課程認識衍生性金融商品市場的婆娑世界。主要探討的課題有四大類：期貨、選擇權、遠期契約及交換，並針對各類金融商品之規格、評價、案例、操作策略、交易流程與實務運用予以介紹與說明。

Related research on derivative financial commodities is a trend, and financial innovation and use are also booming. It is not only a compulsory practice for financial students, but also highly studied by corporate people. I hope to understand the swaying world of the derivative financial commodity market through this course. The main topics discussed are four categories: futures, choice rights, long-term contracts and transactions, and introduce and explain the specifications, evaluations, cases, operation strategies, transaction processes and practical applications of various financial commodities.
