Course Description (課程概述)
This course introduces you to the basic principles of corporate finance with emphasis on financial analysis, investment decisions (or capital budgeting), and financing decision.
Course Objectives (課程目標)
The goal of this course is to provide students with a solid understanding of the important concepts of modern corporate finance, and to familiarize students with the analytical and quantitative tools to make financial decisions, which in turn maximizes the value of the stock. Specifically, the learning objectives are that students should be able to: (1) perform financial statement analysis, (2) make bond and stock valuations, (3) evaluate capital budgeting projects, (4) calculate the cost of capital, (5) understand the tools of corporate financing, and (6) explain capital structure concepts.Course Description
