New Product Development Management
教育目標 Course Target
本課程目的在訓練修課學生,瞭解企業之新產品開發流程之基本觀念,並發展管理新產品開發流程的管理技能。藉由本課程可以學習到:
1. 如何辨認與選擇發展新產品的機會
2. 各種產生新產品概念的方法
3. 如何評估新產品概念與開發計劃
4. 如何管理企業內部新產品開發的活動
5. 為新產品規劃行銷策略
6. 新產品上市策略與活動的管理
The purpose of this course is to train students to understand the basic concepts of the company's new product development process, and to develop management skills to manage the new product development process. Through this course, you can learn:
1. How to identify and choose opportunities to develop new products
2. Various methods to generate new product concepts
3. How to evaluate new product concepts and development plans
4. How to manage the activities of developing new products within the enterprise
5. Planning marketing strategies for new products
6. Management of new product listing strategies and activities
