教育目標 Course Target

近年來隨著國內外科技經濟的變遷,我國的資訊電子產業在世界經濟版圖中蔚然崛起,而其中的半導體產業及奈米級電子元件的發展,更是以耀眼的產值與成長率突出於我國的產業之中,已然成為我國的明星科技產業及經濟命脈重鎮,依此一重點而設立本課程。 課程目標:本課程將目前電子工業所使用材料之作一介紹後再進入元件之特性介紹。介紹了奈米電子材料的製備方法、功能特性、應用開發等知識,並結合微電子技術的發展,討論了奈米電子器件的基本原理和設計方法。包括奈米導、陶瓷、磁性、半導體、光電材料和單電子器件等。In recent years, with the changes in the technological economy at home and abroad, my country's information electronics industry has emerged rapidly in the world economic map, and the development of the semiconductor industry and nano-level electronic components has stood out in my country with its dazzling output value and growth rate. Among the industries, it has become my country's star technology industry and economic lifeline. This course was established based on this focus. Course Objectives: This course will introduce the materials currently used in the electronics industry and then introduce the characteristics of components. This article introduces the preparation methods, functional characteristics, application development and other knowledge of nanoelectronic materials, and discusses the basic principles and design methods of nanoelectronic devices based on the development of microelectronics technology. Including nanoguides, ceramics, magnets, semiconductors, optoelectronic materials and single electron devices, etc.


課程概述 Course Description

本課程解說量測奈米材料不同特性的各項技術,例如光子束檢測技術、X 光檢測技術、離子束檢測技術、電子束檢測技術、探針檢測技術..等 。
This course explains various technologies for measuring different properties of nanomaterials, such as photon beam detection technology, X-ray detection technology, ion beam detection technology, electron beam detection technology, probe detection technology, etc.
