社群網路分析應用已觸及到廣泛的商業領域,並且已有很多成功案例產生。目前創業有一部分透過少量資金成本的網路創業,並且利用社群網路訊息擴展技術,成功的行銷品牌。社群網路創新應用需要有服務平台協助進而在平台上製造創新應用與加值服務。因此本課程從既有社群網路平台服務開始介紹,並且探討Facebook與Twitter上的創新應用案例,並且解說近期熱門的IoT議題及大資料分析中與社群網路相關的案例。課程會介紹社群網路應用分析的基礎知識,並針對這些案例解說其技術。此外課程另一項重點由學生報告近期社群網路應用理論,以及社群經營實作作為期末專題。The application of social network analysis has touched a wide range of business fields, and many successful cases have been produced. At present, part of entrepreneurship is through the Internet with a small capital cost, and social network information expansion technology is used to successfully market brands. Innovative applications of social networks require the assistance of service platforms to create innovative applications and value-added services on the platform. Therefore, this course starts with an introduction to existing social network platform services, explores innovative application cases on Facebook and Twitter, and explains recent hot IoT topics and social network-related cases in big data analysis. The course will introduce the basic knowledge of social network application analysis and explain its techniques based on these cases. In addition, another focus of the course is for students to report on recent social network application theories and community management practices as the final topic.
