本課程之開設目的有三:第一,引起醫療院所暨其醫事人員,對於醫療法律問題產生興趣。第二,透過分析我國最高法院關於醫療糾紛之判決,掌握實務上之爭議問題。第三、鼓勵醫療院所暨其醫事人員,結合醫學與法律的專業能力,從事科際整合之醫事法學研究。This course has three purposes: first, to arouse medical institutions and their medical staff to become interested in medical and legal issues. Second, by analyzing the judgments of my country’s Supreme Court on medical disputes, we can grasp practical controversial issues. Third, encourage medical institutions and their medical personnel to combine the professional capabilities of medicine and law to engage in interdisciplinary integrated medical legal research.

It is mainly composed of lecture notes compiled by the instructor, supplemented by ppt explanations and case discussions of court judgments at all levels.
