本課程之開設目的有三:第一,引起醫療院所暨其醫事人員,對於醫療法律問題產生興趣。第二,透過分析我國最高法院關於醫療糾紛之判決,掌握實務上之爭議問題。第三、鼓勵醫療院所暨其醫事人員,結合醫學與法律的專業能力,從事科際整合之醫事法學研究。There are three purposes for this course: First, it arouses the medical institute and its medical staff, and develops interest in medical legal issues. Second, through analyzing the judgments of our Supreme Court on medical disputes, we will master practical disputes. Third, encourage medical institutions and their medical staff to combine the professional abilities of medicine and law, and engage in medical and legal research that integrates science and technology.
