教育目標 Course Target
1. To introduce students to the philosophies, methods and tools of Quality Control and suggest a new paradigm for
management which goes beyond statistics in HC as it is commonly viewed today.
2. To provide case studies those exemplify the concepts in practice and give students a context for discussing
the practical applications of QC.
