工業工程與管理中，重要的一個項目是組織的設計與管理。組織的設計與管理成功與否，影響其他各種技術性工作的推行。本課旨在讓本研究所學生正確認識組織，瞭解組織設計的原理，以及組織和人行為之相關性。如此，期望做到理想的組織運作，進而順利推行其他各項工作．
In industrial engineering and management, an important project is the design and management of the organization. The successful design and management of the organization affect the implementation of various other technical work. This course aims to allow students of this institute to correctly understand the organization, understand the principles of organization design, and the correlation between organization and human behavior. In this way, we hope to achieve ideal organizational operations and successfully carry out other tasks.
