教育目標 Course Target

電子顯微鏡是目前科技上能看到最小分子的顯微鏡, 在生物影像的應用上有極大的優勢, 本課程將介紹電子顯微鏡在生物學上的運用方式, 包括穿透式電子顯微鏡和掃描式電子顯微鏡. 課程也將實際製作穿透式電子顯微鏡樣本, 包過脫水包埋及染色, 以及最後上機操作及觀察.The electron microscope is the microscope that can see the smallest molecules in current technology. It has great advantages in the application of biological imaging. This course will introduce the application of electron microscopes in biology, including transmission electron microscopes and scanning electron microscopes. . The course will also include the actual preparation of transmission electron microscope samples, dehydration, embedding and staining, and finally machine operation and observation.


課程概述 Course Description

電子顯微鏡能提供高解析及高放大倍率的生物影像,因此在生物學研究上的應用極廣。本課程適合研究生學習電子顯微鏡學的技術包括樣本製作及機器操作,同時也學習如何將電子顯微鏡影像技術應用在相關的研究主題上。
Electron microscopes can provide high-resolution and high-magnification biological images, so they are widely used in biological research. This course is suitable for graduate students to learn the techniques of electron microscopy, including sample preparation and machine operation, and also learn how to apply electron microscopy imaging technology to related research topics.
