教育目標 Course Target

電子顯微鏡是目前科技上能看到最小分子的顯微鏡, 在生物影像的應用上有極大的優勢, 本課程將介紹電子顯微鏡在生物學上的運用方式, 包括穿透式電子顯微鏡和掃描式電子顯微鏡. 課程也將實際製作穿透式電子顯微鏡樣本, 包過脫水包埋及染色, 以及最後上機操作及觀察.Electronic microscopes are the microscopes that can be seen in science and technology. They have great advantages in the application of biological images. This course will introduce the use of electronic microscopes in biology, including penetrating electron microscopes and scanned electron microscopes. . The course will also actually produce penetrating electronic microscope samples, including embedding and dyeing of ventilated water, as well as final machine operation and observation.


課程概述 Course Description

電子顯微鏡能提供高解析及高放大倍率的生物影像,因此在生物學研究上的應用極廣。本課程適合研究生學習電子顯微鏡學的技術包括樣本製作及機器操作,同時也學習如何將電子顯微鏡影像技術應用在相關的研究主題上。
Electronic microscopes can provide high-resolution and high-magnification biological images, so they have a wide range of applications in biological research. This course is suitable for graduate students to learn electronic microscope techniques including sample production and machine operation, and also learn how to apply electronic microscope imaging technology to related research topics.
