介紹胜太解離平衡反應，胜太之Ramachandran 構象分析，酵素、蛋白因子二級及三級結構及四級結構。著重介紹各類酵素(如restriction endonucleases)與受質結合及反應機轉。介紹特殊蛋白質, 如 ATP synthase, Cytochrome P450。
Introduction to Shengtai's solution to equilibrium reaction, Ramachandran structure analysis of Shengtai's Ramachandran, enzyme and protein factor second and third and fourth structures. Focus on introducing various types of enzymes (such as restriction endonucleases) and quality combinations and reactor rotation. Introduce special proteins such as ATP synthase, Cytochrome P450.
