Organic Synthesis

教育目標 Course Target

引導學生從記憶學習轉向概念學習,使學生瞭解化合物之化學變化,並且能正確使用試劑與綜合運用官能機的轉換而完成目標產物的製備,以達成培育具備有機化合物合成能力的學者,主要目標為:
1.培養學生認識有機試劑的功能及用途。
2.培養學生有機官能機的製備與化學轉換。
3.培養學生設計化合物的全合成與使用有效試劑。
4.培養學生瞭解化學反應的轉變過程。

Instruct students to transfer from memory to conceptual learning, so that students can understand the chemical changes of compounds, and be able to correctly use the tester and a comprehensive functional machine to complete the preparation of target products, so as to cultivate students with the ability to synthesize organic compounds. The main goals are:
1. Cultivation students understand the functions and uses of organic testers.
2. Cultivate the preparation and chemistry of students' organic functional machines.
3. Cultivate students to design the complete synthesis of compounds and use effective trials.
4. Cultivate students to understand the transformation process of chemistry reactions.

課程概述 Course Description

銜接大學所學習的有機化學課程,引導學生從記憶學習轉向概念學習,使學生瞭解化合物之化學變化,並且綜合運用官能機的轉換,而完成目標產物的製備。課程內容包括:還原反應、氧化反應、鹵化反應、碳-碳鍵的形成、化學人名反應、天然物的全合成與逆逕分析,培育學生有能力達成藥物製備的目標。

Taking the organic chemistry course learned at university, students are guided to transfer from memory to conceptual learning, so that students understand the chemical changes of compounds, and combine the conversion of functional machines to complete the preparation of target products. The course contents include: reduction reaction, oxidation reaction, erectification reaction, formation of carbon-carbon keys, chemical name reaction, full synthesis and reverse analysis of natural substances, and cultivate students to have the ability to achieve the goal of drug preparation.
