教育目標 Course Target

引導學生從記憶學習轉向概念學習,使學生瞭解化合物之化學變化,並且能正確使用試劑與綜合運用官能機的轉換而完成目標產物的製備,以達成培育具備有機化合物合成能力的學者,主要目標為: 1.培養學生認識有機試劑的功能及用途。 2.培養學生有機官能機的製備與化學轉換。 3.培養學生設計化合物的全合成與使用有效試劑。 4.培養學生瞭解化學反應的轉變過程。Guide students from memory learning to conceptual learning, so that students can understand the chemical changes of compounds, and be able to correctly use reagents and comprehensively use the conversion of functional machines to complete the preparation of target products, so as to cultivate scholars with the ability to synthesize organic compounds. The main goal is : 1. Cultivate students to understand the functions and uses of organic reagents. 2. Cultivate students in the preparation and chemical conversion of organic functional machines. 3. Cultivate students to design total synthesis of compounds and use effective reagents. 4. Cultivate students to understand the transformation process of chemical reactions.


課程概述 Course Description

銜接大學所學習的有機化學課程,引導學生從記憶學習轉向概念學習,使學生瞭解化合物之化學變化,並且綜合運用官能機的轉換,而完成目標產物的製備。課程內容包括:還原反應、氧化反應、鹵化反應、碳-碳鍵的形成、化學人名反應、天然物的全合成與逆逕分析,培育學生有能力達成藥物製備的目標。
It connects the organic chemistry courses studied at university and guides students from memory learning to conceptual learning, allowing students to understand the chemical changes of compounds and comprehensively use the conversion of functional machines to complete the preparation of target products. Course content includes: reduction reactions, oxidation reactions, halogenation reactions, formation of carbon-carbon bonds, chemical reactions, total synthesis and reverse path analysis of natural products, to cultivate students' ability to achieve the goal of drug preparation.
