教育目標 Course Target
1.介紹跨文化志願服務與志工管理基本概念及理論，促使學生具基本概念。
2.說明志願服務專案與志工管理的實際作法與應用，促使學生瞭解非營利組織的志工現況。
3.使更多東海人強化「力行素養」，有心學服務、帶志工、做專案。
1. Introduce the basic concepts and theories of cross-cultural volunteer service and volunteer management, so that students can have basic concepts.
2. Explain the actual practice and application of volunteer service projects and volunteer management, so that students can understand the current situation of volunteers in non-profit organizations.
3. Make more people in Donghai strengthen "to work hard to cultivate", learn to serve, volunteer, and do projects.
