使學生透過研讀近世德國哲學家萊布尼茲的「中國著作」(writings on China)，有關〈論中國人的自然神學〉一文(英譯/中譯)，了解其對中國古代文獻中有自然神學思想的解讀。To enable students to understand the "writings on China" (writings on China) of the modern German philosopher Leibniz and the article "On the Natural Theology of the Chinese" (English translation/Chinese translation), and understand his understanding of the natural theology in ancient Chinese documents.
