台灣廟會活動是當今台灣民間活力最為豐沛、與庶民生活關係最密切的常民文化,全臺各地不分山海城鄉、不分歲時四季,隨時呈現出一片莊嚴隆重、生氣蓬勃的廟會活動景象,充分顯現台灣常民生活文化的精神凝聚力。透過本課程的介紹探討,可以讓修習學生觀察、體會台灣庶民生活層面的宗教現象,擴大人文視野及襟懷,進一步學會用理解和包容的態度,深入探索和欣賞另一種灣生命力的文化現象。以此培養學生求真、篤信、力行、宏通的基本素養,達成博雅教育目標。Taiwan’s community activities are the most vibrant and most closely related to the lives of the people of Taiwan. The entire Taiwan is not divided into mountains, seas, cities and towns, or ages, and the scene of a stern and grand event is presented at any time, and the scene of a stern and grand event is fully displayed. It shows the spiritual cohesion of Taiwan’s regular people’s living culture. Through the introduction and exploration of this course, students can observe and learn about the religious phenomena of the living areas of Taiwan’s common people, expand their cultural vision and mind, and further learn to explore and appreciate another cultural phenomenon of vitality with an understanding and inclusive attitude. In this way, students can cultivate the basic elements of seeking truth, trust, practice and ambition, and achieve the goal of liberal arts education.
透過本課程的介紹探討,可以讓修習學生觀察、體會台灣庶民生活層面的宗教現象,擴大人文視野及襟懷,進一步學會用理解和包容的態度,深入探索和欣賞另一種灣生命力的文化現象。觀察及探索台灣民間信仰與節慶中的廟會活動,以了解此項活動的文化內涵,對其傳承、發展、變遷及現況做深入分析介紹與討論,增進對台灣廟會文化呈現於社會之意義與功能的認知。
Through the introduction and exploration of this course, students can observe and learn about the religious phenomena of the living areas of Taiwan’s common people, expand their cultural vision and mind, and further learn to explore and appreciate another cultural phenomenon of vitality with an understanding and inclusive attitude. Observe and explore the stakeholder activities in the belief and festivals of Taiwan’s people, and understand the cultural connotation of this activity, conduct in-depth analysis and introduction on its inheritance, development, transformation and current situation, and increase the meaning and function of Taiwan’s stakeholder culture in society cognition.
