The objective of this course is to enable students to understand the current international situation and important concepts of globalization. Besides, this course helps understand conflict relationships or partnerships among those actors in international society through introducing daily international news. Last but not least, taking into account the fields of globalization and localization to see further possibilities of combination.

1. Develop the ability to understand and analyze the operating forms and development of international politics and international relations.
2. Observe conflicts or cooperative relations between actors from international events.
3. Understand the integration and extension of globalization and localization.
