從立法上看,法律是社會衝突下最終妥協的產物,也是社會衝突時空下所提出的一種暫時性的解決方案。法律的發展,事實上與社會衝突的原因及脈絡有相當之牽連。也因此,如果要理解各種法律的構成及內部運行的邏輯,就有必要先就各種社會衝突的類型與其碰撞的價值,進行了解。
本課程即是基於上開構想,所進行的實驗性課程。課程的進行將以一位或二位老師主持並控管課程進度,分別就不同的主題,邀集本校各學系之教師,併同法律系教師以短講方式進行講授。From a legislative perspective, the law is the ultimate property under social conflicts, and is also a temporary solution proposed in the time and space of social conflicts. The development of law is actually consistent with the causes and connections of social conflicts. Therefore, if we want to understand the composition of various laws and the logic of internal operation, it is necessary to first understand the types of social conflicts and the values of their collisions.
This course is an experimental course based on the concept of the above. The course will be conducted by one or two teachers and controlled the course progress. The teachers from various departments of the school will be invited to teach in a short lecture on different topics.
