民事部分：藉由判決確定案件之卷宗資料，使同學瞭解民事審判之運作情形，及法官、司法事務官、書記官、錄事、法官助理等在案件進行中從事之工作內容。
刑事部分：讓同學認識並瞭解刑事司法偵查、審判實務之運作方式，並藉由刑事案卷之研討，使所學習之刑事訴訟法學理與實務結合。Civil part: By determining the file information of the case through judgment, students can understand the operation of civil trials and the work content of judges, judicial officers, clerks, recorders, judge assistants, etc. during the progress of the case.
Criminal part: Let students know and understand the operation methods of criminal judicial investigation and trial practice, and combine the criminal procedure law theory and practice they have learned through the study of criminal case files.
介紹民事案件自當事人遞狀、法院收案、分案、承辦法官審前準備、定期審理、當事人委任訴訟代理人、提準備書狀、法庭活動及紀錄、宣判、製作判決、卷送上訴或歸檔等實務操作及其適用之相關法律規定。
Introduces civil cases from parties filing petitions, court acceptance, division of cases, pre-trial preparation by the judge, regular hearings, appointment of litigation attorneys by parties, preparation of pleadings, court activities and records, pronouncement of judgments, making of judgments, filing for appeal or filing and other practical operations and relevant legal provisions applicable thereto.
