本課程包含智慧財產權法體系下的兩部法律，一為著作權法，另一為營業秘密法，前者與企業營運以及個人的日常生活均有關聯，後者則與企業營運較有關聯，是目前注重智慧財產權環境下修習法律者應該要知悉其基本概念的學科。This course covers two laws under the intellectual property law system, one is Copyright Law and the other is Trade Secrets Law. The former is related to business operations and personal daily life, while the latter is more related to business operations and is currently focused on. Law students in the intellectual property environment should be familiar with the basic concepts of this discipline.
