教育目標 Course Target
①使履修者能認識刑事訴訟法學以及刑事訴訟法，併進一步引起其學習熱誠及研究興趣。
②使履修者能理解刑事訴訟法之體系以及相關規定適用於具體程序之運作流程，併能進一步操作・運用於具體個案。
③使履修者能理解刑事程序運作之理論與實務。
④使履修者能學習如何閱讀判決並分析之。
① Enable practitioners to understand criminal complaint law and criminal complaint law, and further arouse their learning enthusiasm and research interest.
② Enable the practitioner to understand the system of criminal complaint law and the operation process applicable to specific procedures, and can further operate and apply to specific cases.
③ Enable practitioners to understand the theory and practice of criminal procedure operations.
④ Enable the practitioner to learn how to read and analyze it.
