民法債編總論為財產法的權利義務關係的通則，在今交易頻繁的社會關係中，債法的適用及了解更形重要。本課程著重於建立學生對債編通則的體系基礎及理論應用，以奠定學生財產法的基礎。因此本課程首先就債編通則的體系作一整體性的介紹及分析，以建立學生對債總的基礎了解，然後分就債之發生、標的、效力、移轉、消滅及多數債權人及債務人等主題，以體系表的建立及實務判例之解說為主，循序闡釋相關理論，並藉由案例之演譯，以培養學生適用理論於實務的能力。The General Introduction to Civil Law on Debt is the general principle of the rights and obligations of property law. In today's social relations with frequent transactions, the application and understanding of debt law are even more important. This course focuses on establishing the systematic foundation and theoretical application of the general principles of student debt collection to lay the foundation for student property law. Therefore, this course first provides an overall introduction and analysis of the system of general principles of debt to establish students' basic understanding of debt, and then discusses the occurrence, subject matter, validity, transfer, elimination, and majority of creditors and debtors of debt. The theme focuses on the establishment of system tables and explanations of practical cases, explaining relevant theories in a sequential manner, and cultivating students' ability to apply theory to practice through the interpretation of cases.
研究民法上所規定的債之通則，就債的發生、標的、效力、移轉、消滅與多數債務人及多數債權人等之理論與實踐。債法 具有交易法的色彩，於今日人與人接觸頻繁，發生財產上的權利義務關係甚多之情形下，最為重要。
