本課程之目標，係在研究刑法分則所規定各種犯罪行為立法上保護之法益，以及刑法分則中犯罪行為之類型、結構與要件。刑法分則規範侵犯個人、社會與國家在法律上之利益，應受刑事制裁之行為。本課程將依序探討侵害個人法益之犯罪、侵害社會法益之犯罪與侵害國家法益之犯罪。The goal of this course is to study the legal interests protected by legislation for various criminal acts stipulated in the criminal law provisions, as well as the types, structures and elements of criminal acts in the criminal law provisions. The sub-principles of criminal law regulate behaviors that infringe upon the legal interests of individuals, society and the country and are subject to criminal sanctions. This course will explore crimes against personal legal interests, crimes against social legal interests, and crimes against national legal interests in order.
刑法分則旨在學習涉及不同法益侵害之犯罪成立的個別要件及法律效果，本學期教學之範圍涉及侵害公法益之犯罪，其中兩大領域即侵害社會法益之犯罪及侵害國家法益之犯罪。
The purpose of the sub-principles of criminal law is to learn the individual requirements and legal effects of crimes involving the infringement of different legal interests. The scope of teaching this semester involves crimes infringing public legal interests, of which the two major areas are crimes infringing social legal interests and crimes infringing national legal interests.
