本課程的主要目的在於介紹現代土地使用規劃與管制的基本概念、理論與方法。使以土地管理、環境景觀規劃、城鄉計畫為專業的學生，獲得現代的規劃理念和思維。期望學生能在未來從事實際專業工作時，無論法規和規劃技術如何變化，都能掌握基本的規劃理念和思維，做正確的規劃管理決策，以增進人民生活環境品質和社會福祉。課程內容包括：當前的土地使用規劃問題、土地使用規劃的基本思想源流及理念、土地與生態倫理，以及環境規劃管理、土地資源保育、城市成長管理與可持續的理性成長、城市文化與文化城市、區域及城鄉規劃、國土規劃管理、全球氣候變遷與生態環境影響等課題。The main purpose of this course is to introduce the basic concepts, theories and methods of modern land use planning and control. To enable students majoring in land management, environmental landscape planning, and urban and rural planning to acquire modern planning concepts and thinking. It is expected that students can master basic planning concepts and thinking when engaging in practical professional work in the future, no matter how regulations and planning technologies change, and make correct planning and management decisions to improve the quality of people's living environment and social well-being. Course content includes: current land use planning issues, basic ideological sources and concepts of land use planning, land and ecological ethics, as well as environmental planning management, land resource conservation, urban growth management and sustainable rational growth, urban culture and cultural cities , regional and urban and rural planning, land planning and management, global climate change and ecological environment impact and other topics.
