This course aims to cultivate and generate aesthetic experience, design integration, application innovation, extreme advancement, and teams. A talent for communication. 工設系學生一二年級,已有基礎課程,如設計史、設計基礎、工程圖學之表現技法以及工廠實習、材料之應用…等,如再導入產品設計概念,將個人構想與創意具體化,必能讓整個設計課程有一個完整的連貫性。
本課程透過鑑賞工藝藝術,對中國固有之工藝品,就其時代及作品,作一延續性分析與解說;藉此培養學生敏銳的觀察力與資料整合能力,並在學期中利用八至十堂課時間,教導學生簡易脫蠟鑄造法,讓學生自行設計、繪圖、雕刻、蠟鑄成品,激起他們個人創意思考與實際操作能力。讓本課程能為學生未來奠下良好基礎。
教授課程之專業能力
1.中國古代工藝,設計上之比較研究,係個人鑽研之領域。
2.從事珠寶、金工、設計、製造、鑑定,已有數十年之實務經驗。
3.領有G.I.A美國寶石學院鑽石、寶石鑑定、分級證書。
授課內容
1.觀賞與分析
本課程將「中國工藝藝術」,依歷史年代,挑選足具代表性之工藝,如商周青銅器、漢代畫像磚、宋代瓷器、明清兩代之琺瑯器,逐一探討,藉以了解當時工藝體現社會生活以及審美意識之演變。
2.分析與比較
本課程就工藝器物之不同年代,作出造形、功能、材質…等分析與比較,並配合授課進度,將單元課程後半段規劃為〈銀飾作品欣賞〉,簡略說明作品成型之材料與步驟,欣賞作品,並以輕鬆方式讓學生完成數件簡單作品。
3.融合與創新
本課程要求學生觀賞工藝藝術之餘,能自行蒐集資料,加以解析、修正、創新理念,嘗試作品設計、概念之繪製。累聚前人創作經驗,「古為今用」、「推陳出新」表達出個人技巧整合能力。
4.構想與實作
本課程透過脫蠟鑄造法之學習,讓學生能將個人創意,付諸實施,並熟悉整體設計過程、團隊合作精神,培養未來職場之操作能力。

This course uses craft art to prepare a continuous analysis and explanation of the inherent crafts in China on its time and works; through this, we cultivate students' insight and data integration capabilities, and use eight to ten courses during the study period. Time teaches students how to easily remove basil casting, allowing students to design, draw, carve, and basil casting products by themselves, arousing their personal creative thinking and actual operation abilities. 1. Viewing and analysis

2. Analysis and comparison
